How long will it take my order to ship?
Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days and are delivered within 5-7 business days. They can, however, take longer in some circumstances. If you select Express Shipping, your order will be delivered within 2 business days to MOST LOCATIONS in the U.S. International orders may require up to two additional weeks.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive basic tracking with standard first class shipping. Express Shipping – recommended for international orders – will provide greater detail that can be used to follow-up with the carrier, if needed.

What is the return policy?
NumNum, Inc. carefully inspects each order prior to shipment to ensure the product is undamaged. However, we will happily replace any item that is damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, we ask that you contact us at customercare@numnuminc.com. Please attach a photo of the damage in your email and we will replace it with the same item at no cost to you.

What should I do if there are product performance issues after use?
If you have followed the care and caution guidelines found on the back of the package and still encounter an issue, please email us at customercare@numnuminc.com with details of your experience. It should be noted that NumNums are made from a form of plastic known as Thermoplastic Elastomer. This high-grade material was selected for its hypoallergenic and high heat properties. Like other plastics, however, colors are subject to shift when exposed to certain foods and chemicals. This color shift presents no health risk.
